Description
Writing Time is a three-level beginner series designed for elementary school students. The series uses a model writing approach to build the writing skills of English language learners in a clear and accessible way. From looking at thematic vocabulary and sample sentences, to copying phrases and sentences, to reconstructing model passages and self-editing practice, Writing Time guides students through a systematically scaffolded-writing process. Each unit features three complete model passages presented through various activities. Students can use the structures provided in these models along with their own ideas to create personal passages. Students who complete this series will develop stronger writing skills and gain confidence in their ability to write in English.
