Shane Donald has been surrounded by books for as long as he can remember. Libraries and bookstores are two of his favourite places to visit. He enjoys reading and writing and spends far too much time doing both, in his jobs as teacher and researcher. He spent 15 years at Feng Chia University in Taichung and is currently teaching at National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. Any spare time he has away from reading and writing is spent exercising and thinking about reading and writing.
