主題挑選本書有十二個單元,主題皆取材於工作職場以及專業領域,帶領學習者孰悉職場英文的運用。例如:討論「寫履歷」、「初次見面」、「簡報」以及「客戶服務」。每三單元有一個Review Unit。練習題的形式按照TOEIC模式出題,聽力加上閱讀,總共有25題。每一冊有四個Review可供學生練習。

- Warm-up
學生在這個小單元可以孰悉本課主題,以及對主題的看法,發表意見。 - Vocabulary
本課單字依照主題式挑選。都是在討論此主題時會用到的單字或片語,並且有錄音,可以讓學生跟著唸好發音,接續則有討論練習題,讓學生在口語中自然使用字彙。 - Listening / Listening Practice
根據主題所撰寫的情節式對話或是短演講,內容都是主題相關,並且使用了Vocabulary單字撰寫。接續的TOEIC式聽力理解測驗,可讓學生做聽力練習,加深學生對TOEIC的孰悉度以及對於字彙的掌握度。 - Reading / Reading Practice
閱讀文章是根據主題,選用適當的形式,融合Grammar Check文法點以及字彙進行撰寫,以期增加閱讀的趣味性。文章為主題相關,深入探討值得注意的話題。閱讀文章有錄音,也可讓老師利用,練習學生聽力或是其他的練習。接續的TOEIC式閱讀題型,可加深學生對TOEIC的孰悉度以及提升閱讀理解能力。 - Grammar Check
每課的文法點是根據CEFR公布的文法表進行深入的規劃,確保文法重點不重複,而且可以符合各程度的學生。 - Class Activity
每課活動的第一部分為寫作練習 (Writing),是根據主題出題。例如:第一課的Creating a Resume,因此寫作練習就為相關的履歷寫作。而第二部分的對話 (Speaking),可以兩人一組或三人以上進行,並設計有範例語句供學生參考使用。
